Summer came to an end at work and I got a week break! Riley came to visit for a couple of days and then Dacia, the kids, Riley and I drove to grandma and grandpa's house (NC). Before we left we went to the sand dunes in Michigan, it was a blast. On one side was a huge sand pile, the other side a lake, with waves. We climbed the sand dune, it was tough! Then played around jumping off and such and then Riley and I decided to race down, maybe not the most genius idea, we both face planted it, we had sand in our mouth and everywhere, days later I was still finding sand in my ears. Then NC we headed. The trip wasn't too bad thanks to Riley and all his gadgets. NC was nice and relaxing, and well needed.
Now school's started, luckily not for me. But that means a new work schedule...
